Great article on referral partners.
I live and breath this concept. I am president and a founding member of Power Partners, a networking group in St. Louis. The printer in our group is one of my referral partners. My hospital clients help me grow my hospital business within the organization every week.
I got a call Friday from an ex-member of my group, who was in the employee placement business. Now she is working in HR in this large hospital organization. She remembered me, but asked someone within the organization for a name. Mine was given by a long time client (and friend) in one division. My new contact is helping to open a new hospital in the area. This business is easy, do a great job, smile and delivery on time, and referrals will follow.
